PROCEDURES re Tie-downs

We are going to avoid tying down aircraft as much as possible.
QPR was often found with loose wing ropes last year, and when it rained, water got in the cockpit and pooled in the bottom. We had little problem with the pitot-static getting wet, but that was a problem in the past as well.
LTX will go in the tug hangar when we run out of room in the main hangar. It's easier in the main for the most part, but once we rig another couple of gliders, we will run out of space. We found it could go in and out with everyone maintaining distancing.
